We each only get 24 hrs a day, 168 hrs a week or 8760 hrs a year.
So how long & how often do you train?
Three times a week?
Every other day?
Once a day? Twice a day?
Do you train while you’re driving to work or brushing your teeth? When you watch TV do you just sit there? When you run do you bring the ipod and zone out or do you work more than just your legs and your lungs?
The other guy only gets 24 hours a day just like I do. Now you older folks have a head start, but if you take it easy or slack off I will catch you and I will pass you by.
